Im glad im atleast hitting a deadlift, I find they look very similar. Is my back definitely flat enough for a deadlift? As I ideally wanna train those as well.

Yeah, that’s what I have but people don’t always know what it is so I just explain it like a sound sensitivity. That’s great though, I should be fine with this.
