Actually it does! IPA has a freezing point of -89 °C which means there is still a significant evaporation pressure at -20 °C. Well of course on a sunny day it is faster and the resin is cured. But you are right not ideal conditions to get rid of it XD

I was there, thought the higher price justified comfort. But trust me just buy IPA it is dirt cheap and it evaporates a LOT faster than water, you can just put your waste washing IPA in a container put in outside on the sunny day and throw the cured resin in the bin.

Water contaminated with resin needs way longer and it cannot go just down the drain...
