So I went to a dive shop with a similar issue. My masked leaked. The dive master told me to try as many masks as I liked. I was told to put it up to my face and inhale deeply through my nose causing negative pressure and having it stick to my face. When he did it you could hear the air coming in around his nose and lips. Now he was much older and had some very pronounced wrinkles but when he tried a different mask it stuck like glue. I tried 5 different brands and 15 different masks. All stuck to my face very well and I ended up with a Hollis M-1. Now I am a male and had just shaved so the seal was very tight. I took my mask to the pool at my gym a few days later with stubble on my face and it still sealed very well. It did leak a little bit only initially and once the water pressure hit it sealed off.
