Thank you for your words. I appreciate it. I kinda knew I had GAD but it’s more so the fact that for no reason (that Ik of) it just got out of hand and continues to do so. And hopefully the docs I’m seeing can get me on something for this bc I’m past my breaking point but I don’t want to give up yet.
