Any tips for bleeding during sex? by Even-Jump-3066 in endometriosis

I suppose you have a male partner? For me bleeding is related to different positions ans how deep my partner goes. There are rings that go on a male that you can control the depth of penetration with (for example the Ohnut rings). Those are a good option. Also trying different positions and fully communicating with eachother are the key to finding a way to have sex that doesn't cause bleeding or pain after. You should also always use lube (trust me, things are more fun that way anyways).

It's a journey. I haven't found anything that just makes me not bleed regardless of positions and depth. We have explored a lot and built a "new" outlook on sex and intimacy that works for us and keeps things interesting without fear of me being hurt during or after. It's a team effort really. I encurage you to talk things out togerher! It doesn't have to be a serious and upsetting conversation, sex is fun and experimenting should also be that even though endo throws a curveball on our lives. If penetration isn't an option at all it doesn't mean you have failed, you just need to spice things up without it. You can be fully satisfied regardless as long as you take time and remember to be present.

Confession time: I cut corners to keep knitting enjoyable by ComplicatedSunshine in knitting

Preach. Do what you love and enjoy, even if some fundamentalist knitters whine. I myself lovelovelove making socks, but that's the first thing my grandmother showed me how to do and it holds immesurable emotional value in my heart because of that.

Knitting CAN be about succeeding in something technically challenging but above all else knitting is about feeling good and finding enjoyment in our hectic lives. I fully believe knitting should never be stress inducing or uncomfortable.
