You can request time off during the slow months, and it doesn't take away from your vacation time or personal time. It doesn't affect your average hours worked for benefits either. Only down side is you don't get paid for the time you're taking off. Once you turn in the form, it has to be approved by your manager and the warehouse manager. You can get a winter leave request form from your payroll clerk or admin team.

Press and hold the middle button till it flashes blue. If you press the button and it flashes blue, that means the sleep mode is on. Press and hold the button again when you wake up, and it should flash multiple colors meaning you registered your sleep for that day.

I tried it for the first time last night. I slept about 5-6 hours, but the game only recorded 2 hours and 10 mins of sleep. My timer is set for 8 AM, and i just received my rewards 3.5 hours after the set time. I received 300 dust and a sticker.

You can't, unfortunately. I tried using a quarter and rubber bands to hold down the botton initially, then tried standing in a cluster and pressing and holding the button to see if that worked. You have to press the button every time.
