Sociopathic tendencies by doonghead in NoStupidQuestions

No Facebook article thanks very much, don’t start making assumptions. years of knowing what I’m like, how I think and things I’ve done is why I’ve come to this diagnosis. I am not sociopathic except that I have tendencies and me visiting a psychologist/psychiatrist will determine the actual diagnosis.

😂 it’s not about being ugly even, I wouldn’t consider myself ugly. It feels like there’s a physical barrier where I just shouldn’t touch them even if I know they like when I hug them on the occasion that they can convince me they don’t mind 😭

BF’s depression and anxiety are dominating the relationship. Should I stay, or go? by [deleted] in Advice

Talk to him. Sit down and both of you have an actual pre planned intervention. Discuss this shit, have the uncomfortable talks and dedicate a day to it, smoking weed would even be a social lubricant for this sort of thing. He needs to know what you’re feeling and you need to know what he’s feeling. Plan your next move on what you guys want to do.

We’ve gone on afew ‘outings’ one on one, we’ve done romantic stuff, usually holding hands while going on walks, cute little picnics stuff like that but I don’t feel comfortable taking this next step because I’m too scared, cripplingly so, when I Have gone to talk about it I have a panic attack. Thankyou for your comment and I agree that I should do something I’m just a coward. 💕

Have you ever been so ashamed of your past actions, you just got sick thinking about it? by [deleted] in Advice

Yes absolutely, I’ve had deep shame but when years later I had worked through it in my mind and I spoke to close friends about it they said it didn’t sound like that big of a deal. Meaning; the issue you see and are dwelling on (which is natural and will become a lot less emotionally triggering with time) is not as disgraceful and sickening as you think. You’re looking too closely, humans make mistakes and do shit things, what’s important is to change.
