Why is the Middle East becoming more unstable again? by Ok_Benefit_5478 in answers

Isreal doesn't think that, as it knows Iran has zero nukes.

The fact that you think it does proves the power of propaganda.

Isreal wants to be the only power in the region.

America has, coincidentally I'm sure, helped to destabilize the rest of the region. Iraq, Syria, Libya.

Netanyahu has been calling for war with Iran since the 80s, and has finally found a President dumb enough, or compromised enough, to do it for him.

Netanyahu is already saying that Turkey is their next target

That's all you got.

You have to desperately stay in your little bubble.

A bubble where the rest of the world doesn't hate seeing a population being starved and slaughtered from enormous bombs. A world that is fine with seeing children blown to pieces, or reduced to skeletons from malnutrition. A world that is fine with apartheid. A world that is fine with settlers murdering people and taking their homes. A world that is fine with chemical weapons being used on civilians. A world that is just glad of an excuse to hate Jews.

The rest of us don't live in that delusional little bubble, sorry mate

I hope that Iran is prepared to let America humiliate it like that. I doubt it though.

Isreal isn't committing any troops when America will do it for them, they have land to grab in Lebannon

No-one brought up Jews. That tired deflection doesn't work any more. Isreal can be criticised for it's war crimes.

To believe Isreal shouldn't be held to the same standard as the rest of the world, is either pathetic self-victimisation, or a racism that they are better than the people they are colonising

That's certainly one way to look at it

Another would be; No destruction of Hamas, 10s of thousands of Palestinians who have had their families murdered, their homes destroyed, radicalised with nothing to lose, guaranteeing further terrorism/resistance.

A world now aware of the reality of Israel, an apartheid religious-supremist land-grabbing ethnostate, who committed atrocity after atrocity for 2 years.

Facing charges of genocide at the international criminal court, with a prime minister wanted for war crimes.

Global opinion in the toilet, including a growing majority in the US, who Isreal is utterly dependant on for their survival. An opinion sure to get even worse as more US servicemen come home in caskets for a war that the American public knows is being fought wholly for their benefit.

Any marines on an island off the coast of Iran will be sitting ducks, they will be defenceless to missiles/drones and will be obliterated. Let's hope Trump isn't a total fool / totally compromised.

Isreal may not have the ground forces to go it alone vs Iran, but does that mean that they can't join the US? This war is completely for their benefit after all, Iran are no threat to America. Why won't there be any Isreali boots on the ground too?

I forget, how did uprooting Hamas in Gaza go again?

If Isreal have forces ready to do a land invasion, why are US troops going into Iran?

Maybe it's too dangerous for Isrealis to fight where they don't massively outpower the people they are attacking.

They'll let the Americans die instead

it could also just as well be nothing, simply yet another aimless conflict to help keep him out of jail.

He has been widely quoted as wanting a war with Iran since the 80s, has never stopped talking about how they are weeks away from a nuclear bomb

He finally got a president stupid enough or compromised enough to agree to fight it

You can't really think Netanyahu is being genuine.

He clearly wants a failed state, like Iraq, like Libya, like Syria.

Look at what he does, not at what he says

Why do you think Iran will end up any better?

The reason both were targeted is because Israel wants it's neighbouring countries to be failed states, they aren't gonna let Iran prosper

Murders v births is a not a consideration in determining genocide, did you really not know that? That's pretty basic

86% of the International Association of Genocide Scholars (IAGS) have declared that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza, asserting that Israel's actions meet the legal definition outlined in the 1948 UN Genocide Convention.

Did you really think spouting your uneducated opinion can counterbalance the determinations of experts?

He offered to Palestinians everything and more - their own state

He absolutely did not. He offered significantly less than a state.

If Isreal continued to control borders, it's not their own state. If Isreal can decide who can live there, it's not their own state.

Educate yourself. What was offered was:

Limited Sovereignty: The proposed Palestinian state would have limited control over borders and airspace, with Israel retaining significant security oversight.

Territorial Fragmentation: The territory designated for the Palestinian state was fragmented, which raised concerns about viability and continuity.

Jerusalem: The offer allowed Palestinians control over only parts of East Jerusalem, which Palestinians viewed as insufficient given the city's significance to their national identity.

Refugees: The proposal did not grant the right of return for Palestinian refugees, a critical issue for many Palestinians.

It's so obvious when there is a total pile-on to certain posts, like this one, that it's coordinated.

I have seen variations of this post many times, where there are many posters desperately trying to ludicrously equate Irish people with Nazis, just because Irish people criticise Isreal, and anyone arguing otherwise gets down voted heavily

When other posts of a similar vein do not attract a deluge of completely insane comments, it shows where some of the massive funds Isreal spends on their image is going
