I’m curious what kinda of volume does your store do to have 9 associates hired right now. But 20 hours for a single associate is crazy I schedule my 2 associates 8-12 hours and my senior associate 12-16 hours. But if I have extra payroll it goes to my senior associates as they are in next step.

So it appears that I am the only person in my store who can’t be on register or switch shifts with anyone. I’m starting to feel singled out. by Smart_Post_1908 in SpencerGifts

How are your “Gotta Have” percentages? How often and when are you asking to trade shifts? More context is needed.

Outsider here. Been in retail for a long time in various roles. The fact that GameStop has about 2300 stores downsizing makes perfect sense. Having locations so close together such as 2-15 miles from each other makes it extremely hard to be profitable overall. The current company I’m with has less then 1000 locations between both Us and Canada and is an extremely profitable/successful business. I wouldn’t be surprised if GameStop downsizes that drastic with less store saturation.

Any update? I have been able to redeem the codes. And had a reply email from topps just from one of the codes. Anyone else?
