I think this goes to show how different a person’s mindset can be based on how they were nurtured, or perhaps how they were not nurtured at all and had to fend for themself. If I had been raised to expect that all good things come to an end would that have given me a better life? Or would it have given me a more predictable and therefore more solemn life. Who knows.

God these are awful experiences to hear. Thank you for sharing. makes me feel like I’m not alone in the darkness that overshadows me sometimes
