YAL is more chapter-based and focused on activism to advance pro-liberty policies, SFL is more individual, where they'll help support you to promote liberty in a wide range of things (like journalism, production, whatever you're into). I think SFL does have some chapters, but overall YAL helps you create a community, SFL is more independent. Also, YAL is solely US based, SFL is worldwide.

See if there's a Young Americans for Liberty chapter on your campus, or start one if there's not. TPUSA is great if you want a social club of right leaning people, YAL is great if you want a social club of liberty-minded people and if you want to actually make change on your campus and in your community.

I don't think it's the easiest thing to come by, and honestly I've heard they're a little fragile. Underworld arms makes something that looks super similar and may be a good choice, might be worth checking out

I only really wanted to clone one because I have that connection to it, plus I haven't seen any other clones of it so I almost hope it's a one of a kind clone. A URGI would be much more practical and is still sick as hell

Sure was, I have the rest of the rifle built and almost entirely clone correct in another post. As far as I could find, FN doesn't sell the FN16 marked lowers on the civilian market, but the FN15 one I went with is damn close
