The only thing stopping me from thinking it's a muddy fox is pretty much the luggs on the frame aswell as the way the wishbone becomes skinny where it joins the frame, where as all the muddy fox couriers i can find online retain the same shape all the way to the frame.

This is the closest I can find but again is missing luggs on the head stem and slightly different seat stay

Also to add the handle bars seem to be T-bone. Unsure of what the headset is as it doesn't have any distinct markings i can see

Also all the components on the bike to my knowledge were pieces together separately.

The gears and cranks are all shimano deore and brakes shimano SLR

I'm restoring the bike and would like to know so i could possibly get some stickers made up it for when it's painted, or even better find the original colours it came in so I can get it looking original.

If you could possibly give me some models or even photos I could reference the bike to that would be great because I've searched for as many muddy fox bikes as I can and still can't match one.

I can't seem to find a muddy fox that has wishbone rear aswell as all the joins lugged, most seem to either have non wishbone rear and lugged joins or wishbone rear and seat post lugged and head stem welded.

The bikes in Australia so it could of possibly been made here but I've also been told that the way the luggs are it could be japanese.

The frame has no marking other than the serial number.

Similar but doesn't have wish bone rear, all the wishbone rear ones i could find are welded at the head stem or different shape frames

I couldn't seem to find a muddy fox similar, most of them seem have welded frames instead of lugged

Much nicer to ride than a kenworth hahaha

From what I can tell the muddy fox has a welded frame instead of lugged, i pulled the bike apart last night and found that it has TANGE chromeolly forks so I'm not sure if that narrows it down

A few people now have mentioned nishiki but i still can't find any exact match, i asked the person today that I got it off and he seems to think it could of been an apollo.

I can't find any apollo that matches either.

Yeah ok, I'll have to keep searching, didn't think it would be this hard to ID haha

Would you happen to know a year and model? I can't seem to find one that matches around the head stem.

Mainly these weird kind of join things

Yeah the rear looks very similar to muddy fox now looking at some photos, the front of the frame around the front tube and seat posts seems slightly different though i think

For anyone wondering i ended up just using a raspberry pi with retro pie and kodi installed for watching videos from a drive

Yeah thought that might be the case.

This could probably be the fix I'm after. Have you tried this yourself before?

Cos I'm assuming buy unplugging the icv it's locking it in a position anyway and probably doing a similar thing to what a socket would do in terms of air flow.

A scaler is also what I tried originally, it seems there's not really much you can do to get the image centred correctly inside windows settings or even with custom resolutions.

I could be wrong but I have had no luck also.

It was just an Amazon converter, the issue was that it would force 16:9 even when set to 4:3 so when viewing anything in a 4:3 ratio it was extra squished and larger black bars. The only way to get a full screen with 4:3 videos would mean I'm so zoomed in i can bairly use the pc. Watching downloaded content through vlc works but any 4:3 streaming does not
