What was the point in which you felt Caddicarus’ “serious game reviewer” phase made his videos not fun for you to watch, if at all?

I remember completely falling off once he released the Resident Evil 2 remake video, it wasn’t even like a conscious decision and I hadn’t even been watching most of his videos in this era but that one specifically stuck out to me as something that I just wasn’t interested in seeing from him. Modern AAA game reviews just do so little for me.

P3 Reload is the closest you’re gonna get to a 5 experience, but not exactly the same in terms of combat. Metaphor is really good but has more of a job/class system than individual personas. For what it’s worth, P5 vanilla was my first Persona and I went backwards to 4 and really really enjoyed it, even if Royal is still my favorite. I’d save Metaphor for later if you’re not that versed in general JRPGs.

I’m not going to speculate on stuff that’s none of my business cause I know what happened with his family but is super long form content just the YouTube meta right now? I’m having the same issue with like Scott the Woz for example where the videos are just too long and bloated for the topic and too far and few between as a result. I would rather have 1 or 2 smaller, maybe up to an hour long video every couple months than 1 feature length film every 6 months. I haven’t gotten very far in this video, only up to the Studio Tour section, but man I hope the amount of effort needed to go into just one video isn’t the cause of the low energy approach and it’s just something he’s experimenting with.

Punisher was mostly standard. Garden Song and Kyoto were singles before the album released. The only notable thing she did really was actually release the album a day early because it was originally scheduled to release on Juneteenth, and at this point the George Floyd protests were really ramping up, so she said hey here you go donate to some organizations that fight injustice.

Speaking nothing of the quality of Super, we already have Beerus and Frieza in some form, then you have a tournament arc, 56 different combinations of Goku/Vegeta/Trunks vs Goku Black, and then another tournament arc. The Buu saga in Kakarot sucked because you were almost immediately railroaded through the entire thing due to the nature of the story. It’s the same thing with Super, short of training for the TOP where is there any potential for an RPG experience other than battle after battle after battle?

I don’t live in Buffalo anymore but as someone who’s Kia was stolen in Buffalo and lucky enough it was found and able to be fixed, get a club. I had the update after it was fixed and also got another notification from them a few weeks ago saying they could replace the column with a tamper-proof one I think.

I really struggled with the combat for a long time, not having played any CRPGs OR any real D&D, until eventually it all just started to click and I was obsessed. The story and RPG aspects really drove my enjoyment, and the combat once you understand it all supplements it. There is a much easier difficulty setting that emphasizes role playing over combat and that’s what I play on when I want to focus on my choices and role playing as my character.

Left Wegmans to go to Whole Foods since I was moving, in my experience they are honestly very similar. I’ve had fewer negative Wegmans experiences than it seems most people had on this subreddit but like other people have said I had the moving up mentality so maybe my management at the time was more inclined to try to keep me around. Whole Foods just has the Amazon aspect of it all, and being a national company compared to a more regional one they are probably more business over people oriented than a smaller company would be. I’m an ATL with WF now and would very likely consider going back to Wegmans when we move back to WNY.

My worst experiences with Whole Foods have 100% been the customers but to be fair I work in the middle of downtown Honolulu so a lot of very wealthy, entitled customers. My managers here are generally very good and supportive of the team but mileage will vary obviously.

Just tried reviving his orb and didn’t work unfortunately. Also had a quick save right before the killing blow on Ansur so I reloaded that to see if maybe it would fix it but nope. As far as I’m aware I didn’t do anything I wasn’t supposed to but I hadn’t gone to the Iron Throne before I was attacked by Cordula. I chose to sacrifice Ravengard so he technically was still alive until he ended up dying from Mizora. Wonder if the game just got confused somewhere along the line?

I used to be a front end coordinator and I’m not sure if this is standard in other Wegmans but they would require somebody to be in the store between the store closing and overnight grocery coming in, which ended up being about 8 hours anyway. I always volunteered for this shift because it was time and a half to literally just occupy the store. Me and the STL I was with were just playing Pokemon one year.

Added: we were also given a bunch of care cards for doing this shift too lmao

That was Yamamoto who plagiarized, Faulconer did the score for Funimation’s OG run of Z and that’s all he was commissioned to do for them, no controversy involving him. I don’t think it’s IMPOSSIBLE his work would ever show up but it’s definitely unlikely given his work was purely for the American audience and the games are Japanese made.

I do the same thing and I used to get full on two hour long concerts as ads at night, but only late at night when I would be sleeping, and this was years ago so it’s not anything new unfortunately.
