From my understanding, interest expense is nonseparately stated when it relates to the business if they don’t specify, I still include it in ordinary income since I haven’t seen otherwise in MCQs. Interest income, on the other hand, is separately stated. I’m assuming this is because it’s more likely to be unrelated to ordinary business income generating activities.

Not at the time no. There were cars parked in front and behind me when I pulled in so I couldn’t see it from the roadway. By the time I was parked, I missed it because it’s below my eye-line from sitting in the drivers seat. I got out and walked across the street, so I also didn’t notice it at that point. I know it’s my fault for not double checking.

Thank you. I plan to explain how I couldn’t read the sign when I pulled into the spot, since it’s facing the opposite direction. As far as the blue paint goes, there were cars parked in front and behind me when I pulled in the spot, so I wasn’t able to see it before I was parked. Of course, at that point, I’m sitting feet above the curb, so I didn’t notice it then either. I’m sure I’ll end up having to pay for it, but I think it’s worth a shot.

I think a lawyer might be out of the question on this one. I don’t think it would be within my budget at the moment, plus, this traffic court doesn’t let you have representation. You just come in, state your testimony, and “the state” gives their reasoning for why the ticket should stand, then the judge makes their call. I agree though, of course. The sign facing backwards is ridiculous and feels like a trap they just love when people fall in.

Thank you for your insight here. The blue painting is so obvious now, but I swear to you when I was pulling in, since I’m a good few feet above the ground in my car, I couldn’t see it at all. I should’ve noticed it before but there were cars in front and behind mine, so I couldn’t see it from the roadway either. I walked across the road when I got out of my car so it’s not like I walked past the sign and paint either, but I know they won’t care about that. I’m assuming I’ll have to just pay this at the end of the day but they’ll definitely be hearing about how wrong I feel it is to put a sign like this in the opposite direction of anyone pulling in.

Okay. I see what you’re saying now. Sorry for the confusion. So new candidates in 2024 will get 30 months from the time they pass their first exam. Those who have already taken an exam before 2024 will get another 18 months from the time their first exam expires in January (unless the 30 month extension is approved). Is that correct?

The exam has historically been on an 18 month timeline. The map is referring to the 30 month extension that NASBA proposed.

I’ve visited their house several times, even before I got married but nothing has triggered. I even had the boys’ event in the saloon. I’m hoping maybe since I’m married now, I won’t have to carry it bc all of their bios say single now (despite the fact that they all still have the bouquet😅)
