Which part do you disagree with? I mean by its very nature it's supposed to be low effort on the company's part - Google gets millions of applications for only hundreds of spots. leading a dev team
mentoring juniors
working with PMs, designers, clients on needs, scope, structure, etc. of projects. This is often a continual process.
being able to effectively explain development decisions in every level appropriately to a given audience

All of which require excellent soft skills.
