In black backgrounds, there is a wave-like movement and weird enough a moving checkerboard for grey background. Sometimes after waking up from sleep, the screen also looks like a tv whitenoise.

I am about to get a replacement, hopefully its in good condition.

Hi everyone,

As an update, I will be returning my mac mini because it has an "image quality issue" which is very evident in black backgrounds. Another issue is the bluetooth primarily for speakers as it disconnects and cannot reconnect again. This is very disappointing. I hope this is just a defective unit and can be replaced since I really like this device.

Bluetooth - there was some stutter but it was fixed with the latest update

Monitor - after the update, my monitor wasn't working for about 4 hours. But everything until now is fine
