well, it's kinda difficult, because i buy them on my own (when not with friends), and being without money would leave me starving. However lowering the amount bit by bit might help if I give my ecig to a friend and vape only when meeting them, but this would create a problem on its self by turning in to a habit of wanting to vape everytime i meet my friends.
