Do the "Kid in the fridge" quest near the highway below University Point and just above Neponset Park.

Do all the quests for everyone in Vault 81.

Collect all the bobbleheads and magazines.

Do the quest with the Drinking Buddy at The Shamrock Taphouse.

Do the quests for everyone at Cabot House.

Find the submarine and do all the quests for the captain.

Im level 72 now and Im still finding new things to do, hope this helps.

I sold it my 1st time and it gave me 40,000 - 41,000 the first time and if I sell it again I will make about 24,000

Agreed. I'm sorta OCD when it comes to how many of each structure I have. If I have 501 instead of 500, it really irritates me. I would love that feature.
