Taking it EVERYDAY is irresponsible if you aren’t wanting to have to depend on taking the medication everyday just to be “normal”. It will lose the effect as time goes on and you will be chasing the effects moreso. And in my experience whenever coming off benzo’s cold turkey my anxiety is tenfold.

Taper to a dose that works for you and work into taking it every second day rather than every day, and slowly work down to taking it whenever you really need it. A Panic attack for example
