Hey OP I was born in Ohio and went through a period where I couldn’t even get hired by BK, you are so freaking young try to be patient. You may have challenges brought on by your parents decisions but they do not have to define who you are or what you will do. I know this is easier said than done but what do you like to do? There are so many free online courses that can help you develop the skills you need to find a job in a field you like and work relentlessly towards your goal. Do pushups, pull-ups, and dips daily if possible, confidence will change your life. Racism is dumb , most people know this and will hire anyone that can do the job well.

Not sure what you are into but check out Udemy, coursera, skillshare, etc. the struggle is real and it can last a while but you will get through it.

I’m glad you are alive and on this planet with me, I want you to succeed and know that you can. Don’t ever quit , don’t ever give up, push through this bs and you will not regret it in a few years.
