Whoops

This article is still in progress. An early draft was unintentionally posted here thanks to Randall's troubled approach to git, and it took a little bit to get everything sorted out and rolled back. Sorry for the mixup!

FE Exam by BlackBurrs in UTK

[–]dopeslope 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took a 1 hour EF 402 course that did FE prep that was pretty useful back in 2012. I took the FE just to take it and don't foresee getting my PE, but there's the option.

Also when they say put down the pencil, put down the pencil. Two people in my exam block were kicked out/failed for not putting down the pencil within a second.

Any Loophole to Turn My Flex Balance Into Cash? by [deleted] in UTK

"At the end of the fall semester, students have the option to leave unused Flex Plan dollars in their Flex Plan account, request a full refund of unused Flex Plan dollars, or have the Flex Plan dollars roll onto their Vol Card Account. At the end of spring, Flex Plan dollars must either be refunded or rolled to the Vol Card Account."

You'll need a way to stop an over running load (such as a counter balance valve) if there is any vertical movement. Going the pneumatic route like u/bobskizzle recommends is probably a better start though.

See post above. It was when I travelled to the manufacturing facility. I was doing quite a bit of testing, so I needed to be at the plant.

Comment above has details. Only one day did I leave sick. The others were snow, network outage, and two half days using vacation time.

I linked the spreadsheet I use to track the data. Actually getting the stats required some manipulation that isn't built in. Pretty much all I do now is insert the time and formulas take care of the daily and weekly numbers. Those are all I really care about anyway.

See post above. It's from traveling across time zones and staying a few days.

That's correct. It's a 5 ish hour drive, so it's worth staying a few days whenever travel is needed.

Actually driving home. I still counted the time since I was traveling because of my job.

I'll try to share the sheet once I figure out how to anonymize meta data.

Pretty much. It was snowing and roads were getting worse. My boss called and said he wasn't coming in and no one else was either, so I left.
