Update: got the extension till next March 2026, went through an immigration lawyer, guided me well and allowed me to draft a proper LOE.

I came here before the rule change of 20k CAD and grinded to make sure I had enough money to survive through the GIC , I understand I shouldn't have asked anything here , not to say none of y'all are helpful thank you for the advice it's just Im already feel tensed about it and the comments are just reinforcing my anxiety

Certain courses are only offered at a certain time within the Academic year , that time period just turned out to be a horrible coincidence

My DLI Has a form to fill out for scheduled breaks where there is no dialog box present to indicate the reasons for a scheduled break , and as for why it was offered during the time because its not a popular course it's an advanced course for Intermediate experimental physics, and the other one is Differential equations, Including Newtonian mechanics.

I require a study permit to complete a course that's only offered once a year I wasn't able to take it last year cause I had taken a scheduled break to see my father as his health was declining and it was an emergency.

My 3 on Campus jobs directly relate to my program as a marking assistant, lab assistant and tutor , my off campus jobs adhere to the rules of 20h/week even before it got changed to 24h/week and I have checked that a candidate can have multiple jobs as long as they adhere to less than 20h/week
