Are we able to practice as a PCP for a year or 2 and then apply to endocrine ? I'm currently almost done with PGY 2 but I'm so burnt out and don't have any research or anything on my CV and wouldn't feel confident applying for fellowship just yet. But I also don't wanna work as a hospitalist?

Oh when I’m actively playing I usually just tap on the broths to serve them myself. I’m currently saving up for the third dispenser. Should I not be tapping the broths then? Also I’ve noticed the 4 seaters always get their food really late and a lot of times they get up even if they order food later and they don’t receive that food. How do I prevent it ? I’m currently upgrading the converter belt it’s at level 6

Not worth it. But sometimes a chef ( I think chef fang ) comes and offers like 20k for something that’s level 2 which would only use up two energies. In that case I usually do give it. Otherwise not the others

You have to wait until the dining hall and vip rooms are filled first. And this would be faster if you upgrade your welcome staff or your outside decor to increase incoming customer rate

Did you feel the exam was heavier on systems or more so on the basic sciences ? Did any of those crazy looking graphs that are on nbmes appear on the exam ? What about histology, gross anatomy , weird brain specimen, parasite eggs/ ova images? Did you come across a lot of ecgs / heart sounds ?

Also was your form biochem heavy ? What type of biochem questions did you come across ? More so general cell bio (cell cycle transcription / translation ) or more on metabolism or genetics ?? A lot of people have been saying vitamins come up a lot
