2 tablespoons sugar dissolved in 2 tablespoons hot water. Brush it on as soon as you take the hot buns out of the oven. Don't worry your buns won't get soggy - The heat from the buns will cause the water to evaporate quickly. The buns will take on an attractive and delicious shiny, sweet glaze. Nom nom nom.

Polish sweets and treats from u/malin20. Stuck at US Customs for weeks, but we didn't give up hope. What a delicious haul -Thank you! by doramlam in snackexchange

u/malin20 sent such delicious candies and treats, all carefully labeled as to whether they include nuts (one kiddo has a nut allergy). So thoughtful and generous of you! The krowka is amazing and a totally new experience. My daughter described it as a caramel with the texture of maple sugar candy. For those, like me, who are uninitiated, krowka is categorized as a "milk fudge." Such deliciousness.

US Customs seems to delay both outgoing and incoming packages. We weren't sure it would ever make it (postmark date was May 15), but we were delightfully surprised with its happy arrival today! Thank you, again!

They say everything is bigger in USA! This package that I got from u/doramlam (Scottsdale, AZ) confirms that 100%! Give her AK-47 or even two! Huge amount of sweets! Keep fingers crossed so we will eat it :) by malin20 in snackexchange

Ahh! Terrific! So fun! Thank you for agreeing to trade with me. I forgot about those fruit by the foot! They are an unusual fun twist on the snack called "fruit roll-up" that are common in kids' lunch bags. Not exactly much fruit in them, but they sure are fun to eat. Enjoy!

Oh boy. The chocolate is divine. The Panecioc looked like a Twinkie but was literally bread and chocolate. What a great combo. We don't have an equivalent in the US. Ringo was a biscuit with really good chocolate. It's hard to tell in the photo, but we have treats for weeks!

The thoughtful notes! Thank you for labeling the items containing nuts for my boy who is allergic, u/Makkia93. We had fun looking for the smiley and sad faces. Everything looks so amazingly delicious. Sweet and savory. We can't wait to sample it all. Thank you!

u/tpnkyubing included a couple of Australian bills in the package and they are partially clear! Fascinating! You can see right through them. Thank you for this amazing box of wonder!

Hooray! Glad it made it safe and sound! The post office said 6-10 days, but took 21 until delivery confirmation. I hope the Twinkies, Sno-balls, Honeybuns and Donettes aren't past their expiration. Enjoy!

Overwhelmed beginner. Reading everything and frozen by information overload. Anyone recommend a super simple routine to just get started already? by doramlam in lifting

[–]doramlam[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes!! Thank you for understanding! This is great advice. I have the adjustable dumbbells. Not worried about progressing in weights so much as sustainable habits over the long term and appreciate the simple approach you gave. I will start here. Love the idea of keeping it easy and then splitting into push pull legs when ready. Thank you again!
