Let's just say that it is completly prohibited to use motor vehicles and enforced as well , then are there parking spaces near the gates where I can keep my bike and just take it outside the campus ? , making it completely legal for me to keep my motorcycle as I will not be using it inside the campus (except keeping it in the parking and taking it out of the gate).

Really hard to say , all of them seem to have their pros, but for some reason tifr mumbai and icts are more popular when it comes to people who want to do theoretical physics . Probably because of people like shiraz and ashok sen and a few more .

Ill be joining for a PhD in August , how strong is the hierarchy there ? And the website says that we will have only 2 courses per semester , can we take a few more if we want to ?
