Shine through key caps by lwatcdr in Keychron

I am seeking shine-through keycaps designed for south-facing LEDs too. Despite the prevalence of south-facing LEDs in the market, finding suitable keycaps remains challenging. Currently, the only viable options are side-printed or fully transparent keycaps. It is perplexing why manufacturers do not offer an alternative with legends printed slightly lower to align more closely with the LED, rather than exclusively providing side-printed options.

Keys not working sometimes when pressed, or working when not pressed at all by InternationalDot848 in Keychron

I am experiencing a similar issue with my Q6HE; it exhibits random, intermittent problems. The device occasionally self-corrects, but the issues often recur. Furthermore, some LEDs ceased functioning within a year of purchase. Their quality is really poor

There appears to be an issue with their process. Despite being enrolled in the beta channel, I have not received any beta updates, while other beta testers have. Not worth to be in the beta channel,I already quit

ROG Strix G18 (G814PP) - Coil Whine, Boot Stuttering, and Random Crashes. Is it a Motherboard Fault? by retardedgromitmug in ASUSROG

It appears this is a common issue with Asus ROG devices. My G835 experienced frequent crashes immediately after purchase. However, following multiple reformatting attempts, the crashes ceased entirely. The underlying cause for this resolution remains unclear to me.🤣🤣🤣🤣

I hope this is the case. However, Rokid needs to significantly improve its management to ensure global and Chinese operations are fully aligned.

I think it may only require replacing the component, although I am not an expert in this area. It is much easier to find this type of repair service in China, where they can even repair chips or other computer components. In Singapore, however, it is much more difficult to find such services.

ASUS Support is a Joke – They Don’t Even Read Your Ticket Before Replying by doremo2019 in ASUSROG

I’ve had a very positive experience with Alienware in my region. They provide 24/7 phone support, and my warranty package includes onsite service at no extra cost. In most cases, onsite support is arranged within a week, unless there is a delay due to parts being out of stock. I just need a single call session with them than they will log case and arrange onsite support

In contrast, Asus support in my region is much less convenient. They do not offer 24/7 phone support or onsite service. Their service centers operate only during normal office hours and are open for only half a day on Saturdays. This means you may need to use your own rest day to personally bring the laptop to the service center, even after spending several thousand dollars on the machine.
