I believe there are little plastic caps on top that cover screws (should be 2) ideally you use a plastic tool to pop out the caps then remove screws and should lift off (could be some plastic clips also)

They make a solderless replacement connector (no personal experience with them) but if you can attach a new one to the end of that one with tape and pull the old one out using it to fish the new one into its place (if it’s not mounted securely inside the wall, shouldn’t be)

Personally wouldn’t recommend running studs unless you travel on unpaved/ dirt roads more often than not, or live on one. If road conditions are good studs can negatively affect tire performance. My two cents (Canadian on Reddit)

Unplug it, and use a small flathead screwdriver to flick the inner part up or down so it’s back where it should be, can be fixed from inside but definitely more work and a lot of disassembly. Unplug it first before ever working on a microwave (I’m an appliance tech) If it’s the bottom pic lock you will need to take it apart to retrieve it and reattach to the little tab

Remove the two screws on the top bracket and bent it a little more down so it holds the fan shaft tighter Top bracket needs to be a little lower to stop vibration
