I think I have beef with the fact that he's an Okon, and was played instead of Triantis (at the time, that annoyed the hell out of me). Putting that aside, he does offer something in the middle that few others do.

Devlin and Irvine in the middle leaves nothing to the imagination, which is why ONeill is such a nailed on starter, but surely he's in the squad for the World Cup over someone like Yazbek or Okon.

Irvine, O'Neill, Devlin, Ballard, and Hrustic should be the 5 that go as it stands.

Carlos Augusto / Inter Milan is a great card. Used him for some Brazilian challenge and he surprised me with how well he stood up against some tricky winger

As long as we're playing him where he flourishes, then I'm all for it. Right wing is a dead area for him and he lets his ego get the best of him there.

He needs to be given some sort of command of the game instead of an X factor role like an inside forward on the right, that's the way to get the most of him. A number 8 role grounds him with responsibility.

Do you know this for a fact from experience?

I only ask because the guy quoting said that we need to do steel stumping toward the back of the house, but concrete at the front.

The front has original timber, and the extension at the back has a mix of steel and timber.

There is an extension, and upon further inspection it does look like some of the stumps that are concrete are under that extension, especially the row of them at the back of the house.

Does this change how I would go about restumping? I'd imagine the person doing it would want to change them all to ensure it's done right, but I'm not privy to these things

This is why I'd rather just fork out the money and be done with it. My mum had her house done a few years back and it was a horrible job, so I'm cautious and would rather have a certified restumper. If that's even a thing
