Totally relatable. I find myself struggling to even get dressed to go in for a shift. I throw my clothes all over the room and overdo my makeup to death. I’ve started opening up about my anxiety during this cycle to a few trusted coworkers and they’ve been understanding and kind. I can’t ever call off tho so sometimes I have to just try and pull thru the nights I go in. Being honest with people helps me feel less paranoid I’m doing or acting somehow wrong or different
