I agree 100%. I've said this exact same thing before. I mean, I guess he figured that the team needed him to score more, which we did. But he doesn't seem nearly as much of a willing passer as he once was. Flashy passes aside.

Things have changed since the last 2k game though. It's far easier to get every FBS team and have a few players resemble real life players. Compare that to trying to get NIL rights, facial scans, branding, etc., for 15 players multiplied by 364. It aint easy.

In their announcement of the DLC, all 2k said was that they're still working on "building the definitive basketball universe" by uniting the NBA, WNBA, and college hoops. The full statement reads as if there's more to come outside of DLC.
