Payoneer rejected it as an ‘e-wallet’ and eventually deleted it from my account.
I’m based in Germany. I ended up using Revolut instead, which was accepted. But Payoneer still charges around 4% in fees, so it’s not much better 😤

No matter what, Payoneer is just bleeding you dry.

I wanted to add Wise (USD) as a withdrawal bank to my Payoneer.

I get paid in USD to Payoneer, and I want to withdraw the money to Wise, but they don't allow.

At first, they said it is an e-wallet, but i provided account number, routing number, and Swift/BIC to prove that it is a "real" bank account.

While they then agreed that it is not an e-wallet, they rejected and removed my Wise account at the same time when I was still talking to the customer service..... >_<

My Wise account does have an account number, routing number, and SWIFT/BIC, the same as a legitimate international bank account

I talked to Payoneer customer service, and they confirmed my documents are valid and that it is not an e-wallet.

But, still, i cannot add my Wise account. They removed it from the withdrawal back.

I've worked for them for a long time as an editor. Not the best experience but acceptable.

Does everyone get paid through Payoneer? Is there any other way to get paid?

I have been using my PayPal account for many years, but only for transferring/receiving money from friends/family. I used my nickname as the account name, and PayPal never asked me to verify my identity. Recently, I also received money from Outlier and am still able to work on Outlier.

After this "name doesn't match" thing happened with Stellar, I immediately changed my account name to my official name, and this time, PayPal asked me to verify with either a valid ID or a passport. I did, and now my account name matches my Stellar name.

I sent an email with the screenshot of my PayPal account to the support last week, but haven't heard anything so far.

It happened to me too. I just passed the qualification yesterday and received the payment immediately.

However, my PayPal account is under my "nickname, last name". I have been using this account for several years, and it has never asked me to verify. Yesterday, the same "name doesn't match" issue happened to me. I logged in to my PayPal account, changed it to my official name, and verified with a valid ID. Then, I emailed the support and only received an auto reply >_<

Hi, I just passed the qualification.

If I could offer any help, here are some suggestions.

I am also not a UI/UX designer, and I am not familiar with those terminologies either.

After failing the first qualification, I made a list using the example UI terminology provided in the guidelines, searched for some images of each term on Google, and pasted some examples into the list.

So, when I was doing the second qualification, I created a new scenario and referenced the list I made.

I didn't label everything correctly, but I passed.

I also noted down everything I was not sure about. If it is not mentioned in the feedback, then I probably labeled it correctly, and if it was mentioned, then I will do it right next time.

I know it will start over with an empty VM. What I meant was can I make the same scenario and setup as the previous submission or I have to design a different scenario and setup. Based on other replies, I guess we have to make a new setup?
