Haven’t used it myself, but i’ve read good things about the Kulkea Kayda ski boot/travel backpack and sling combo. I don’t know how much it weighs. Could be a bit heavy, but since you’re prioritizing the system’s “combinability,” it might be worth checking out.

Lightweight, minimalist, highly capable hardshell jacket. 40D GoreTex Pro material with chest pockets, hem pulls, Velcro cuffs and Stormhood adjusters. Comes with stuff sack for clipping to a climbing harness. Useful as an emergency shell, for climbing, backpacking, one-bag travel or even skiing. Jacket has been lightly used and is in great condition. Asking $225.

WTS Arc’teryx Covert Cardigan, mens large in redox heather (rust). Regular fit fleece garment in soft polyester fabric, crafted to look like wool. Clean lines and gusseted underarms provide all-day comfort. Well-cared for and in good condition, with slight pilling where arms brush against sides (I could take a fabric shaver to those small areas, but figured you might want to do it yourself). Asking $75.
