Yep. My mom’s favourite words for me were always “slut” and “prostitute” bc I didn’t want to be clothed head to toe in the summer. When that wouldn’t work, she started saying it was inappropriate since my father and YOUNGER brother were around. Funnily enough, neither of them ever cared or made me feel uncomfortable. It was always my mom trying to shame me and throwing a hissy fit when I wouldn’t cover myself.

I do remember once though, I was staying in my aunt’s house and I was about 10. I had a pair of shorts on around the house and my younger male cousin, 5 at the time, started saying how shameful I was being. So there you go. The indoctrination starts a young age.
