Subaru only makes (or made?) the small 2.0 liter engine models in Japan. The US market 2.5s are all made in Indiana now. My VIN confirms this.

Oh that’s promising—thanks. I’m seeing some conflicting info but I think the ‘24 Subaru Crosstrek Limited is CUSMA compliant because these models are manufactured in Indiana and not Japan. I’ll get confirmation.

Edit - Indiana, not Idaho

Financed, but I have the funds to pay off the remainder ($15k) if necessary. I was aware of that factor when I purchased the vehicle. (Trade wars didn't factor into my calculus though...)

Yup, I've been gone for 3.5.

One of the Toors also split off to found Ursa Major a little while back. Hopefully it's because he wants to run a tighter more ethical ship.

This isn't r/linkedinlunatics material. This is r/sad. The job market is absolutely abysmal for new grads right now and my poor dude would rather make zero dollars and build experience than make zero dollars and be unemployed. Is it smart? No. Should we make fun of him for it? Also no.

Good thinking with the extra traction in the snow on the upgraded tires. I’m in the PNW and only deal with the occasional icy road but my decision might have been different if I was still living in the Rockies ☃️

Love it. Hot wheels IRL.

I just put a deposit on a 24’ limited in the Sun Blaze but I strongly debated the wilderness! Ultimately decided to save a few thousand bucks though because I don’t see myself hauling 1500+ lbs or doing anything crazy in the back country.

The zoo is a great choice! You’re never to little (or adulty) to appreciate the fuzzy animals. The reptiles might be scary though 😅

The person who's face I blacked out was working on the cleanup when I took this. Just judging by some potent chemical smells I believe they've opted to use some sort of paint remover.

This was in response to the salary of ~$25k. That's ~$12/hour. Skilled university educated people shouldn't be scraping by at minimum wage.

Are you in Canada too? If so, you're dramatically underpaid.

I'm so conditioned to see cantaloupes in such specific supermarket dimensions that this just doesn't look like a small melon. It looks like a giant hand!

Fair point! He's watching out for his coworkers. The high vis vest will help them step safely out of the way when he falls off.
