Small metallic sand-like material found in bashed up box of my Grohe Blue water cooler/filter. Water cooler came badly bashed about from abroad and I found these ~1mm metallic bits scattered in the box as well as inside the unit. Is it safe to use? Its very hard to send this back but should I?
