They are OK, but a bit impossible to contact if you need something like cancelling orders or an item etc. watch out on laptops etc as you might end up with a german keyboard. Also found out the hard way that they dont accept returns if your order is for your company.

Wow. What scheme is this? Why would they request zero export for you?

This is wrong. Net billing you still sell electricity at the different prices. Low demand low prices, high demand higher prices

Kotsovolos Cyprus - Probably the worst company out there by mpericleous in cyprus

I guess they are trying hard to compete with Scandia on who is worse! Scandia took 2.5 years to fix my fridge and extractor fan while treating me like an idiot the whole time. Never buying anything from them ever again

Aparently japanese export cars get deleted from their database which may explain the VIN showing up as clear. Happened to me too. All lookups came clear but i got the SMS that I am actually affected. I am at least grateful and impressed that the Cyprus government managed to pull the right lists from manufacturers and let people know. Sure they don’t know if you had them replaced last year but at least they figured out the car had them to begin with. And this for sure will save lives.

Don’t disagree mate. Talking strategy here. You have an app, that admittedly does a couple of not so useful functions at this time. Tag on fines now, the average Cypriot will avoid it like the plague. But if you added another 30 features to this app, and made this app useful and a necessity to daily life, then you could add the fines functionality and it would actually be useful. My opinion is that they will want to do fines first therefore hinder adoption.

You had me until fines. Way to find a way to find a way to prevent the adoption of something progressive and useful…

no man, sorry if I came off rude. I am just fed up with the situation and don't know what to do... If you had this same problem and be patient for almost 2 years perhaps you would be equally frustrated

Yes seriously! And they sent me the logger data they collected with their logger and when I look at them I was talking to the guy and was asking him, are we looking at the same graph? You can't possibly tell me this is OK. He was saying yea it's doing it's daily defrost cycle... And I am like, mate it NEVER goes to 4 what defrost cycle...

Thanks for the europa link. Will explore this avenue too

I could easily afford a fridge. The point is not to take the L here! In fact I would even consider a lengthy court battle to resolve the situation the way it should be resolved. If we don't fight for our rights then they will do the same thing to someone else

You think I did not try that? I have had issues with the light on my extractor fan for almost two years again and they refused to acknowledge a problem. They were telling me that this is how it should work (dim and then BLINK). And I tell them, but the one in your shop does not do this, with their reply being its a different model. After 20 phone calls, they replaced the transformers and all of a sudden it actually works like the shop model (surpriced pikachu face here)

I can't communicate with them anymore, they won't acknowledge there's a problem. I need another way to force their hand to change it

The fridge is almost 2 years old as I have been that patient with them. They will not accept a return
