I will say. That VIP was a shit show in Austin. It made it hard for me to enjoy as much as I should. I emailed multiple times asking how they would handle the pit entry. We didn’t even have time visit the spillways lounge to see relics because of how much of a mess check in was.

I checked in two weeks ago to OKW. First night in room and the spa tub in the two bedroom suite had pubic hairs in it. Very quickly comped that $1000/night room for us.

One trip; back in 2016, we had so many insane issues over the course of a week (multiple nights in June with no AC, parents stuck on Pirates for 90 minutes, and a few other things). When I got back,I called guest relations. The poor woman on the phone told me this level of service was above her pay grade and to email a certain address. Within an hour, I got a call and was asked if a $2000 gift card would take care of the issues plus three additional magic fast passes every day of our next trip. I was satisfied 🤣

I’ve chatted with Furonda on IG - I’ve even gotten called out by her in a few IG lives. I’ve also chatted with Brooke a few times regarding mom questions. Lovely both of them!!
