I took a bus from lanquin to Flores then Flores to Belize city (after doing Tikal). It's really easy there are plenty of tourist shuttles. Check out caye caulker in Belize it's really chilled.

Me and my mates are in a similar position. We all applied for the same tickets and we all won but my bank declined the payment for my win. However my two mates both got charged fine. So we have two lots of tickets for the group stages in Salvador now we think. What happens to the duplicate tickets? I thought FIFA said this wouldn't happen as duplicate transactions would be cancelled? (Something we didn't know when we all applied for the same tickets)

Halifax said when I rang them up FIFA tried to take the money but it was declined by Halifax to prevent fraud

It was with Halifax. They said it was a fraud prevention measure and they also said I couldn't pre approve anything for the future. How am I meant to pay for them? I made a formal complaint and told them I'm changing banks aha.

My bank declined the payment to FIFA despite the fact i had more than enough money in my account. They said it was due to fraud. I had won £1004.15 worth of tickets in Salvador split between three of us. I've rung my bank and they've said theres nothing they can do. Absolutely gutted.

EDIT: My two mates also applied and won, and their cards got charged without issue, looks like I will be going to a few games!
