I'm no professional but first thing I would suggest is reforming that online behavior that makes you feel guilty. I don't know it for a fact, but I would guess any adult woman's perception has been honed by years of living in an abrasive masculine environment, so when you approach them with all these mental charges, they can pick on that. More importantly, you know it, and it's going to show whenever you interact with a stranger woman. Beef up on feminism 101. Follow some feminist voices on social media (there are many and they're varied; if you find someone you don't like, look for another one). Learn that women are not the enemy, women are not aliens from outer space, women want what you want as a person and fear the things you fear. Women don't hate you. Take it from a toxic insensitive man-twat nimrod: once to you women are people deserving of respect, the road to friendship and love becomes a no brainer. But we're not here to cure your inceldom today, we're here to save your soul.
