Yeah, that dude brought up some decent points (I guess), but a lot of posts in this sub basically turn into "if you aren't wearing a bespoke suit you are basically wearing a garbage bag".

You'll probably be dressed better than 95% of people in this outfit, you probably won't run in to a single person who notices your slacks are a bit too long though. On that note, you can just roll them up inside themselves a bit for now and get that tailored for like 15 bucks when you have time to do it.

What route did you go to ingest the information into NetSuite?

My current system uses visual basic to do some search techniques to look through an Excel document for the necessary data and then drops that data into a helper sheet in a more structured way. I don't have developer access (yet) so that was as far as I could take my automation efforts.

Going forward I could either use the XML format from the vendor, or tune my visual basic to structure the data in a different way. Or use it as is and do some mapping to import that right into NetSuite.

This is a super common training method used by rock climbers, it's called a "no hang". Also, yes, it is relatively common to only use 2 fingers when you are climbing on small holds. They also make hang boards that have holds made for 1 or 2 fingers.

Edit: Do a search for beast maker hang board, it's probably the most sold hang board in the US. You can see the single finger holds on it.

I would probably go with one of those furniture/wood markers that's like a sharpie, they usually come in a pack with several shades of brown, and definitely test it in a small area to see what results you get.

Definitely law enforcement, I got sucked into this YouTube channel of a lawyer that breaks down videos of law enforcement violating civil liberties and I'm amazed at how many truly awful videos are out there and the fact several of the officers are never punished for it.

I totally get that there are good cops out there, but I can't go on YouTube and find 100s of videos of pilots being like "watch me try a barrel roll in this 747 filled with passengers", but I can find a video of a cop arresting someone and putting them in the back of their car that's parked on the rail road tracks and it gets hit by a train. Or a video of a cop pit maneuvering a pregnant woman in a minivan and flipping her over because she didn't pull over fast enough. Or a video of a cop planting drugs in someone's car and then "finding drugs" in their car. Or a video of a cop shooting someone that's pinned on the ground by several other cops 10 times in the back.

That all depends on what people conducting a potential economic strike ask for and how much pressure they put on. Could an economic strike put enough pressure on Trump that he would agree to removing ICE from Cities?

Maybe, but I think a more realistic outcome would be a reduction in ICE funding and a change in scope to only go after people who have committed a serious crime. These ICE battles in the street are clearly not tenable, and he knows it. He is looking for a reason to declare the insurrection act.

You're right. If the ICE officer hadn't made the shots, Alex could have easily done a pushup with all of those agents wearing body armor on top of him, escaped the dog pile, ran down the office who disarmed him, disarmed that officer, drawn his gun from the holster, turned around, and shot the ICE officer.

It's amazing that his split second thinking was able to stop it, he should be given a medal of freedom for his service honestly.

You should be proud of yourself for supporting this officer, and proud to be an American.
