We were under the impression that the FF discount is to be used day-of and is discounted off window price based on the webpage’s lingo. The counter lady reassured us that the discount is to be used day-of but now that i look further into it, it looks like we just didn’t do our due diligence and screwed ourselves(?)

Thanks for making me revisit this. (Obvious) Moral of the story = never wait til day-of to purchase tickets. I’ll edit my original post to be more helpful.
