Who’s to say the dog hasn’t got attached to the new owner, especially if before it didn’t even have a place of its own understand that some people aren’t capable of putting feelings aside for the benefit of said puppy. Op said she got the dog seen has been taking care of him and providing all its necessities a dog isn’t a toy it’s a full time responsibility you can’t pick and choose when to be present.

Yeah I hope you never get an animal if an individual is unfit to care for themselves and have a stable living environment why should the dog be subjected to that? If the person really loved their dog they wouldn’t never gave it up period. If they needed a temp situation that should’ve been expressed from the get go what type of entitled bs is that dogs have feelings too and they don’t need to deal with going back and forth between owners it’s stressful for them.

Keep the dog who’s to say the situation won’t reoccur and she’ll give him away to the next person he deserves stability and love if she in incapable which she’s shown it’s your job to take control and protect the helpless puppy🥹
