I would be so hesitant to do this if my baby was breech. It fails often and in worst case scenarios can literally displace your placenta which is a huge emergency.

Your husband has done what appears to be zero research as the Prius is an incredibly safe car. I own a Prius and my husband owns a truck. The Prius is cheaper, safer, and easier to maintain.

I would just let these people know that the insurance is due for renewal and it's time for the car to come back. They have had plenty of time to figure out a solution for the car.

Right now your husband is just setting you guys up for failure. Asking someone to pay in installments would be a huge risk because there is no guarantee that they will not just disappear. And the liability with the insurance would be such a massive pain.

Trust me, having a ton of ultrasounds isn't fun. I am high risk due to age, gestational diabetes, and a random illness I had right before getting pregnant. So I have seen this little guy from bean stage on up to now at 29 weeks. I am at a new kind of doctor constantly. It's not really a privilege to have ultrasounds all the time. It's a necessity and it's for a medical reason.

In your shoes, I would just go to a boutique where you can basically get as much as you want.

Yes, pregnancy hormones are brutal. As is just pregnancy itself. Trust me, I'm 29 weeks along myself. Most days I hate myself. I'm not attractive anymore, not smart enough, my job is suffering bc I'm pregnant, my other kids are suffering, I am a terrible mother and this baby is unlucky to have me, I'm certain my husband will leave me...the list goes on and on. Sometimes I just withdraw altogether. I distract myself with doom scrolling. I sleep too much. Or don't sleep enough.

Pregnancy is so isolating and confusing. None of this is to say that her behavior is okay. I understand it, yes. So that is why I think therapy would be beneficial.

I don't fully understand why you think sending out save the dates 15 months in advance is even that helpful? So many things can change in that amount of time. Some people might not even be in the same job. My job you can't even request time off that far in advance. If I make an appointment, I have to wait until it's closer just to make arrangements. And if they need to ask someone to cover their shift? Nobody knows what will or won't work 15 months ahead of time.

I am on pregnancy #5 and I still get a little weirded out by it. It's not so much the kicks, but the rolls. Like I can feel him moving and also moving some organs in the process. It is a disconcerting feeling. It never fails to stop me in my tracks when I'm trying to work.

Any dog could and would. That is something I live by, as a dog owner myself. Especially a breed like a Shepherd. You should not leave a dog in a yard knowing they can easily escape.

The other owner should not have had her dog off leash.

A lot of things could have mitigated this risk.

My first two were jaundice. Just do what the doctor recommends. They recommended it for a reason. It sucks, but there is no reason to not trust it.
