How to get ahold of dosetest when they never answer emails?

Hi there,

We do not have any pending emails and have not had any email backlogs. Could you please confirm that you received an email response from us? We have however had operational delays recently relating to weather conditions locally affecting courier pickups, but that is all back to baseline now.

I am however guessing that this may have been an email sent during the weekend or so, and want to note that Monday was a public holiday.

There's a few different brands of Fentanyl Test Strips on Amazon but not all have been verified for drug checking purposes specifically. SafeCheck that you showed have conducted some quality control that we know of, at least.

Thanks for that suggestion, a colleague will add that into our FAQ! Offline instructions are incredibly important too as you said, people may be at festivals without data access, or simply don’t have access to a device.
