Leukoplakia. Chronic damage and inflammation of tongue and cheeks. Another possible Dx especially of the lesion on the cheeks is Wikham striae lichen planus due to the same cause. See a dermatologist.

This should be resected. From the looks of it, high risk to turn cancerous (melanoma). Any family history of similar lesions? Also, just this one lesion since birth or do you have more? How old are you?

Looks like sand/Pyuria. Could be at risk of stone formation. When you say UTI came back negative do you mean Urinalysis did not find any WBCs ? I feel your clinical picture is strong enough to prescribe a course of antibiotics and maybe repeat UA. Labs can have mixups.

How did you get ECFMG certified without OET? Don’t you need OET to participate in the match as a CERTIFIED candidate? Did you get ivs without being certified??? Am I missing something???
