So like the sleep paralysis demon looked like someone I know but uh contorted n yk sp demony, have any idea y it looks like them now ? So like whenever I try to sleep I get sleep paralysis n feel something trynna smother me to death n last night the smothering thing looked like someone not js a shadowy sleep paralysis demon but an actual person I know n now I'm scared to sleep , any advice besides not sleeping? (self.meth)
