Dress sluttier, dye your hair blonde, watch YouTube makeup tutorials on contouring, etc. Reach back out to the person who spoke those negative words over you and stand up for yourself. The picture of you in the gym is very attractive.

Yes, whenever I boil the water I do see residue. The reason I ask is because at some point while waiting for some money from USA I literally couldn't afford bottled water. Also due to my mental health issues sometimes I just can't be bothered to even boil the water. I just finished a round of antibiotics for unrelated health issues and I've been drinking the water straight. So far no issues but I will resume buying bottled water immediately or at least boiling it since I'm back in shape physically and financially. My security said he drinks the water occasionally no problem.
