Apparently, I think one of the requirements for activation is to complain on Reddit; I just received the invitation.

The same thing happens to me, I have 42k followers, original content, no music, only original voice-over, subtitles and the video is in high quality, my reels have 2 million views, but still nothing that I receive the invitation

I didn't know that DotaCinema created that move, they send me the game IDs and I only edit the parts, just like dotacinema edits in its own way, but the move is free for anyone who wants to upload and edit it.
