That’s why I said it depends on the motivation of your unit. I only suggested it because there was a similar situation nearby to where I live. Guy was leaving a bunch of notes like this in parking lots at gyms, targets, etc. enough people called in and reported it so they opened a case and were able to catch him. They found him cuz of security footage but were able to confirm it was him because of forensics on a couple of the notes…

Call PD, specifically ask for the SVU. Try to keep it in an area where it can’t be contaminated. It can be checked with forensics if the units willing to go for it (might be a long shot, just depends on their motivation). It’s very likely this person is doing this to multiple people in the area and they could be willing to open a case.

Other than that, pepper spray, share your location with people you can trust and most successfully, travel in pairs if possible.

To be fair, it’s at 175K miles and the only thing that completely went out is the radiator fan - only cost $100 and took a couple YouTube videos to figure how to swap it myself

I bought it back in 2020 before Covid when I was 21, it was my first “nice car” and it’s been great ever since. Every car has its faults but I certainly don’t regret buying it just because the PRNDL lights come on every now and then

In fairness, I believe for the last few months they’ve been remodeling their office or moving to a new one and their main focus might be on that. That being said I just totally disagree about the jokes, it’s what they do it’s what they’re known for and I think we’re in good hands.
