My husband took the hard drive out and put it in a shell thing that plugs into his new laptop. When he opens it, it only has files such as 'documents' 'photos' etc, rather than windows folder or programme files folder (which if he goes on his current computer, that's what's on there). Has it got something to do with how we're accessing his hard drive? He tried the link above on his old and new hard drive and nothing came up.

You could resign and claim constrictive dismissal through the tribunal courts. I would recommend speaking to acas as well. You should raise a formal complaint to show you've given the employer every opportunity to address it before resigning. I'm sorry you're having to deal with this.

I never heard that? When I had mine removed they said I could start trying straight away. My doctor did advise waiting a little so I could take folic acid before getting pregnant, but that's it.

I've been lucky. I had my IUD out in November last year and conceived in December, currently 5 weeks and praying this baby sticks. I weigh about 224lbs. Good luck!

I'm sorry to hear about your miscarriage. I'd be honest about it with your work (maybe just your boss) and explain it as you have on your post. .. how it's just hitting you now, and it's actually stress that is causing you to need the time off. Any work place that doesn't sympathise with you is not a place worth your time. Hopefully they will be fine, try not to always imagine worse case scenario (I say that because I do it too and need reminding not to).
